Ingredients
Wheat flour, cholesterol free vegetable shortening, baking powder,
salt, water.
Storage
Keep refrigerated before opening.
Preparation
Place piadina on hot, ungreased griddle for 30 seconds on each side.
Ready in 1 minute.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ham, prosciutto, soft cheeses, vegetables, or salad. For Desserts: spread with fruit preserves or honey.
